- DirectStay is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or service issues that may arise between the user and the hotel.
- Prices listed on DirectStay are subject to change and availability. Final pricing will be confirmed by the hotel at the time of booking.
- Users are responsible for verifying the details of their booking and the hotel's policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
